Please submit this application for consideration for one of the college-wide awards given to CAS graduates. 

Requirements:

1) Must be a CAS student, graduating in Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025

2) Must have at least a 3.5 GPA at the conclusion of the Fall 2024 semester (or by your final semester, if you graduated before Fall 2024).
